What You’ll Do
This is a consultative style appointment setting position. 
·       Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day) 
·       Handle inbound inquiries
·       Ask discovery questions and build rapport
·       Educate prospects on our services
·       Book same-day or next-day consultations
·       Overcome objections confidently and professionally
·       Maintain strong show rates
·       Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert.
What We’re Looking For
·       Outbound call center experience preferred
·       Comfortable in high-volume dialing
·       Strong communication skills
·       Persuasive but professional
·       Self-motivated and goal-driven
·       Evening (until 9 PM) & weekend availability required
·       
  • Bilingual Requirement: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. This is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Compensation
$18/hour base
