You will conduct therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, designed to streamline the therapeutic process and reduce administrative burdens. • Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, providing a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach to assess clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that leverage your expertise.
• Empower clients by helping them identify their mental health goals, encouraging self-reflection, and aiding them in their personal growth journeys.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client records, documenting therapy sessions and treatment progress while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling and teletherapy techniques.

Our primary client demographic consists of individuals experiencing stable, low-acuity mental health issues. These can include stress-related conditions, mild anxiety, and adjustment disorders. By providing focused interventions and practical coping strategies, our counselors help clients enhance their emotional resilience and improve their overall well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is mandatory, with no limitations or provisional licenses.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate our telehealth platform efficiently and manage documentation.

• Experience in telehealth counseling or remote therapy settings is advantageous.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques is preferred.
• Previous experience with diverse populations and varying mental health conditions is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a package of beneficial offerings:
