Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual video counseling sessions, utilizing teletherapy to reach clients effectively and compassionately.
• Facilitating open and honest discussions with clients to help them explore their thoughts and feelings, providing a safe space for self-reflection and personal insight.
• Acting as a client advocate, assisting them in setting and achieving their personal and therapeutic goals through collaboration and consistent support.
• Performing comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health and designing solution-focused treatment plans that leverage your professional expertise.
• Regularly reassessing clients’ progress and adjusting treatment plans to ensure they continue to meet their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population consists of individuals seeking support for stable, low-acuity mental health needs. This includes those dealing with everyday life stresses, transitional phases in life, and other situational issues. By focusing on these clients, we empower them to gain the skills and insights necessary to improve their quality of life. You will help facilitate the growth and healing process effectively from your home office.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
• Must not be under any disciplinary action and should hold an unrestricted license.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience

Although not mandatory, candidates with experience in providing teletherapy will be preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and knowledge of diverse therapeutic modalities will add value to the services you provide.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and commitment to client care. We also offer:
