Job description

The Battery Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging battery products in a manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. This position involves performing intercell welding and attaching harness assemblies on the battery production line. The assembler will fill battery top shells with hot melt adhesive and epoxy, weld covers to battery cases, and conduct battery testing to ensure products meet required specifications.

Additional duties include packaging battery cells into completed assemblies, packaging approved batteries for shipment, and supporting overall production operations as needed. The Battery Assembler must be able to follow work instructions, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
