JOB DESCRIPTION:
The OLDP at Andersen attracts top talent and prepares them for successful involvement in the core functions that are critical to product manufacturing at Andersen Corporation. This is a 2-year program focused on gaining cross-functional experience across supply chain, engineering, and production supervision job functions. The participant in this program will experience four unique rotations that will each be six months in length across different parts of the Andersen enterprise.
There is a requirement to travel or re-locate to different enterprise locations during the program.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $73,000-$83,000.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
* GPA 3.0 or higher * B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain and Operations Management

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
