Job Title: Part-Time Janitorial / Environmental Services Cleaner. Offices and Medical setting. 

Corporate Cleaning Group is hiring part-time evening cleaners in the surrounding Grand Rapids area!

Seeking a part-time evening role to make extra money? We offer consistent hours cleaning offices and medical facilities in a supportive, professional setting.

Shift Available:
Monday through Friday
Start time: 5:45 PM
Average shift length: 3.5-4.5 hours per night

Pay:
$17-18 per hour, with opportunities for advancement after 90 days

Benefits:
Paid time off after 90 days!

No working holidays or weekends! 

Job Duties Include:

The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring proper coverage is distributed among the team. The Team Lead position consists of approximately 2.5?3 hours of cleaning duties and 1?1.5 hours dedicated to inspecting and correcting work as needed.

The Team Lead is responsible for fully inspecting the team?s work and making any necessary corrections before closing and shutting down the building. The Team Lead may not end their shift until the entire account has been cleaned to company standards.

The Team Lead is also expected to problem-solve staffing and coverage issues before escalating concerns to management for assistance.

Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping, Trash removal, Dusting, Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, Cleaning glass, Wiping and disinfecting surfaces, Restocking paper products and soap dispensers.

Requirements:

No cleaning experience needed ? paid training provided.

Team Lead experience preferred. 

Reliable transportation

Able to work well with a team and independently

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Excellent attendance

Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend for extended periods

Ability to lift and move items up to 10 pounds
