• Provide individual counseling sessions through video chat that are tailored to the needs of clients.

Your clientele will primarily include stable adults seeking support with low acuity issues. All clients are thoroughly screened prior to joining our platform, ensuring that your focus remains on providing care to individuals ready and willing to engage in the therapeutic process. This approach not only safeguards your practice but also enhances the overall experience for both you and your clients.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Full licensure to practice independently without supervision as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate nature.
• Adept at utilizing technology and navigating telehealth platforms.

Note: We do not accept limited or provisional licenses, and candidates must not have any disciplinary actions against their license.

Prior experience in telehealth practice is highly desirable but not mandatory. Familiarity with digital counseling techniques and an understanding of client engagement in a remote setting will be beneficial. Experience managing client caseloads efficiently while conducting video or text sessions is advantageous.
