Texting jobs involve communicating with clients, customers, or users through text messages, often via platforms like SMS, chat apps, or company-specific messaging systems. These roles can include customer support, sales, marketing, or even entertainment through text-based interactions. People in texting jobs need strong written communication skills, quick typing abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple conversations at once. TimeLine Staffing, LLC
Locations: Plano, TX and Irving, TX
Salary: $48,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time, Salaried
Schedule: Monday–Friday with Mandatory Overtime; Some Saturdays as Business Needs Require
Start Date: Immediate

JOIN OUR TEAM

TimeLine Staffing is seeking an energetic, highly organized, and experienced Bilingual Industrial Recruiter & Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team.

We are hiring for two positions — one for our Plano office and one for our Irving office.

This is not a position for someone who simply posts a job advertisement and waits for applications to come in.

We are looking for a proactive recruiter and creative talent sourcer who knows how to find qualified workers using social media, recruiting apps, job boards, digital platforms, referrals, community outreach, texting campaigns, and other creative recruiting methods.

If you understand how to use technology and social media to build a strong candidate pipeline — and you genuinely enjoy recruiting — we want to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Bilingual Industrial Recruiter, you will be responsible for maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, production, packing, loading, forklift, and related positions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruit and source qualified candidates for high-volume industrial positions.
  • Develop creative strategies to attract applicants through social media and digital platforms.
  • Utilize job boards, recruiting applications, online communities, referrals, texting, and other sourcing tools.
  • Create and maintain an active candidate pipeline instead of waiting for applicants.
  • Screen, interview, qualify, and process candidates quickly and professionally.
  • Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish.
  • Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring and placement process.
  • Assist with onboarding and employment documentation.
  • Maintain accurate applicant and employee information in our recruiting systems.
  • Work closely with management and other recruiters to fill client orders quickly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, employees, clients, and coworkers.
  • Handle multiple job orders and priorities simultaneously.
  • Help meet daily and weekly recruiting and placement goals.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and accurate recruiting records.
  • Be willing to work overtime when necessary to ensure client orders are filled.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–3 years of industrial staffing/recruiting experience required.
  • Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, production, light industrial, or similar positions.
  • Fluent/bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and digital recruiting.
  • Comfortable learning and using recruiting apps, job boards, applicant tracking systems, texting platforms, and other technology.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment.
  • Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic.
  • Able and willing to work mandatory overtime Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays based on business and client needs.
  • Available to start immediately.

THE PERSONALITY WE WANT

Skills matter, but attitude matters too.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is positive, energetic, and solution-oriented.
  • Takes ownership and follows through.
  • Works with urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Is a true team player.
  • Encourages and inspires coworkers.
  • Communicates professionally and respectfully.
  • Does not participate in workplace gossip or unnecessary drama.
  • Is comfortable being held accountable for recruiting results.
  • Sees a difficult job order as a challenge to solve — not a reason to give up.
  • Is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.

Our office environment requires teamwork. We believe strong teams communicate, support one another, solve problems together, and stay focused on serving our clients and employees.

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

Salary: $48,000 annually

Schedule: Full-time salaried position, primarily Monday through Friday. Mandatory overtime may be required depending on recruiting demands, client orders, and business needs. Some Saturdays may also be required.

This is an in-office position and requires reliable attendance.
