BMW Toronto is hiring for a full time Receptionist! If you're a motivated, detail-oriented individual with the skills and drive to make a difference in a busy car dealership, apply today to join our team!

We are seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a clear, pleasant telephone manner to perform reception duties for a busy car dealership; someone who embraces new challenges and responsibilities.

This candidate must be friendly, outgoing, organized with the ability to multi task.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients as they enter the dealership with an energetic, warm and welcoming demeanor
  • General reception duties such as admin filing, debit and cash transactions, coffee/tea etc.
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, text and email ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Conduct outbound cold calling, emailing and texting to prospective clients, driving new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in our CRM systems.
  • Keep the front desk tidy and organized.
  • Support sales team with data management, reports, and administrative tasks.
  • Utilize Google Drive, Excel, and Outlook to manage communications and documents effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth dealership operations and customer satisfaction.

Compensation:
• $19.00 per hour starting wage

Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
This is a full time, permanent, in person role at BMW Toronto, 740 Dundas St E.

Part time/temporary full time applicants will not be considered at this time.
