We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Regional Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment. If you’re competitive, self-motivated, and know how to build strong client relationships — especially within restoration, insurance, or property services — this is your opportunity to grow with a company that moves with urgency and purpose.
CRDN Team Crouch is a trusted leader in restoring textiles, electronics, art, and contents after fire and water damage. We help families and businesses recover what matters most — and we need someone ready to step up, represent our brand, and build lasting partnerships across the region.
This isn’t a typical 9–5 job. When disaster strikes, we respond — and your role is key in connecting clients to the solutions they need. Your day may start in the office, but your impact happens in the field.
What You’ll Earn
  • Base Salary: Competitive (based on experience and network)
  • On-Target Earnings: $100,000–$125,000+ (uncapped commission)
  • Company Vehicle Provided
  • Performance-based growth opportunities

 What You’ll Do
  • Build Powerful Client Relationships
  • Develop strong partnerships with residential and commercial clients, insurance professionals, and key referral sources
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored restoration solutions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be insurable under company auto policy
  • Willingness to drive a company-provided vehicle daily
  • A mindset focused on growth — this is not a desk job
