Position Summary... What you'll do...Role summary:
Fit leadership: Lead & conduct live fit sessions using fit model, pattern expertise and fit forms to evaluate samples for fit, performance and functionality. Ensure alignment with design intent and customer performance expectations.
Technical Package Ownership: Strong PLM knowledge to manage end to end fit cycle. Create and maintain detailed technical packages in PLM, including specs, grading, construction details, and fit evaluation comments

What you'll do:
Customer Centric Product Integrity: Drive data led approach focused on customer insights, returns-based learning loops and implementing learnings to elevate fit to meet & exceed customer expectations.
  • Fit Quality & Technical Direction: Follow rigorous quality assurance gates through development, production and post purchase stages. Lead and conduct internal and external wear tests to seek wearer’s feedback & implement corrective actions as needed. Provide detailed technical direction on fit and construction to vendor partners to meet design and fit intent.

2D & 3D pattern Expertise: Utilize 2D & 3D pattern tools to validate initial pattern, blocks and grading during product development through production. Establish and maintain block libraries to streamline fit process across product categories. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Design, Product development, Sourcing teams and vendors to define and execute appropriate fit and functional intent for each product. The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
