Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Pine Grove, PA. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting Paradigm Labs, Inc.’s portfolio of specialty chemical products across targeted markets. Daily activities include conducting sales calls and visits, preparing and delivering product presentations, coordinating technical support with internal teams, and providing timely responses to customer inquiries. The role also involves negotiating pricing and contract terms, tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and collaborating with operations and technical staff to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will contribute to sales forecasts, participate in product training, and support continuous improvement of sales processes.
