In this role, you will: Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician calendars Respond to customer questions via phone, text, and email Work closely with technicians to ensure appointments run smoothly Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed Process payments, prepare invoices, and complete administrative tasks as needed Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience Support the team with additional office responsibilities to keep daily operations running efficiently. Qualifications 1+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality) Excellent phone etiquette and typing skills (40+ WPM) Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software (well train you on ours) Reliable transportation and a clean background check Schedule Monday - Thursday 8am5pm & Fridays 8am 4:30pm with rotating Saturday mornings 8am- 12 noon. (plenty of notice and never mandatory overtime).
