About TextCare

TextCare is One to One Health's virtual care platform, providing patients with convenient access to care through secure text messaging, phone, and video visits. Through this innovative care model, providers deliver acute care, support ongoing patient needs, and build trusted patient relationships while improving access, outcomes, and the overall patient experience.    

Position Summary

TextCare Providers deliver virtual acute care and ongoing patient support through text, phone, and video from our corporate office in Chattanooga, TN. Providers build trusted patient relationships, coordinate follow-up care, and help improve access, outcomes, and overall patient experience within a text-centered care model.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Deliver virtual care through text, phone, and video
  • Evaluate and treat acute patient concerns 
  • Provide pharmacological treatment through electronic prescribing systems 
  • Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, labs, and imaging 
  • Maintain continuity of care through proactive communication and follow-up 
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experience 

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 4PM - 12AM EST 
  • Completion of an accredited NP or PA program 
  • Active Tennessee NP or PA license – or willingness to apply for one before start-date
  • Prescriptive authority 
  • BLS certification 
  • 1+ years of relevant clinical experience 

Preferred Qualifications

  • DEA license 
  • Multi-state licensure 
  • Experience in urgent care or acute care environments 
  • Typing speed of 65+ WPM
