About the Role

The Service Advisor is a key part of our operation. In this role, you’ll help guide customers through the repair process, connect them with the services they need, and ensure they have a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

You’ll also assist with administrative and operational tasks that help keep our busy shop running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Primary Responsibilities

  • Recommend and sell services and repairs based on customer needs and goals
  • Build trust with customers through education and clear communication
  • Follow proven sales and customer service processes

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions in person, by phone, and through email/text communication
  • Prepare invoices and estimates
  • Coordinate parts orders and returns
  • Assist in managing repair flow under the direction of management
  • Help maintain overall shop efficiency and cleanliness
  • Assist with shuttle rides, customer checkouts, parts pickups, and other daily tasks as needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience required
  • Automotive experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
  • Typing or dictation skills of 30+ words per minute preferred
  • Basic math and calculator skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to get in and out of various vehicles without assistance
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely transport customers when needed
