Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will receive emergency and non-emergency calls and make quick decisions to ensure the proper action is taken. The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.ย 
Duties:
- Plan and schedule jobs for plumbers
- Coordinate with plumbers and input payment information
- Process payments and send out invoices to customers
- Utilize transportation management systems and GPS technology to track vehicles
- Communicate with customers, responding to inquiries via text, chat, phone and email
- Collaborate with office manager
- Assist in managing fleet maintenance and scheduling repairs as needed
- Collect and scan important paperwork into software program
- Data entry, light filing, etc.

Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Proficiency in using text messaging, email and computer
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with fleet management practices is beneficial
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Fluency in English Language is required
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
4:30 pm - 8:30 pm (M-F)
8:00 am - 12:00 pm (or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm if preferred) Saturday
