This position allows for 100% remote work, enabling our counselors to connect with clients in a comfortable setting that works for them. • Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat, employing evidence-based strategies to enhance clients' mental health.
• Facilitate open discussions, encouraging clients to explore and articulate their emotions and experiences for deeper self-awareness.
• Advocate for clients by helping them define achievable goals and developing tailored treatment plans that employ solution-focused methodologies.
• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions through active listening and clinical assessment, adjusting strategies according to progress and feedback.
• Utilize our all-in-one counselor dashboard for managing sessions and client communication effectively, resulting in improved client outcomes.

Our clients are carefully screened before engagement to ensure they are stable adults with low acuity. There are no patients with severe mental health issues, allowing our counselors to concentrate on effective therapeutic interventions without the associated stressors of high-risk cases. Clients are matched to counselors based on specialized skills and demographic compatibility, thereby enhancing engagement and treatment effectiveness.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted licensure in New York State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrated through empathetic communication and a supportive approach to client engagement.
• Competence in using digital platforms and technology to facilitate client interactions efficiently.

Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly working with adult populations will be advantageous. Candidates should be familiar with regulations and standards governing teletherapy. A solid understanding of therapeutic techniques and an ability to adapt to varied client needs will distinguish an ideal candidate.

• Salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, contingent upon hours worked and client engagement.
• Sign-on bonus available for newly onboarded counselors.
• Monthly healthcare stipend for full-time practitioners, assisting with health insurance costs.
• Direct deposit payments on a weekly basis, ensuring timely income.
• Minimal administrative responsibilities with extensive resources provided for technology, marketing, and billing.
