Job description

Texas Paint is seeking energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to represent our company during Costco Roadshows. This role is responsible for engaging Costco members, introducing them to our custom window treatment solutions, and generating qualified leads for our Decorating Team to schedule in-home consultations and provide installation quotes.

As the face of Texas Paint, you'll create a positive first impression, educate customers on our products and services, and help homeowners begin their journey toward beautiful custom window treatments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage Costco members in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Educate customers about Texas Paint's custom blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, and professional installation services.
  • Identify customer needs by asking qualifying questions.
  • Generate high-quality leads by collecting accurate customer information.
  • Submit qualified leads for follow-up by the Texas Paint Decorating Team.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting booth throughout the event.
  • Represent the Texas Paint brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Meet or exceed lead generation goals during each roadshow.
  • Accurately record customer information using company-provided tools.
  • Attend required product knowledge and sales training.

Training

No prior window treatment experience is required.

Schedule

  • Roadshows are held Thursday through Sunday.
  • Each Roadshow lasts four consecutive days.
  • Brand Ambassadors can expect to work 24–30 hours per Roadshow.
  • A minimum of two Roadshows per month is required.
  • Additional Roadshows may be available based on business needs and employee availability.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with customers.
  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable using a tablet or mobile device to capture customer information.
  • Must be available to work Thursdays through Sundays.
