What You’ll Do

· Greet every guest with genuine enthusiasm, eye contact, and a warm smile

· Manage the wait list efficiently and accurately providing wait times

· Escort guests to tables while creating warm, engaging conversation

· Communicate clearly with servers and managers to support smooth table flow

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance

· Answer phones professionally and assist with guest inquiries

· Support the team during busy shifts with urgency and positivity

· Say farewell to our guests, creating a lasting positive impression


You’re the director of first and last impressions and the guardian of the guest experience.


Required Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Comfortable using POS systems and basic technology

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

· Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)

· Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
