Job Description
3+ years' experience with the following:
1. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of software and firmware design experience in an embedded environment utilizing popular 8/16 bit microcontrollers and DSP experience. Must be strong with C/C++ programming
2. Excellent digital and analog hardware knowledge3. Extensive Knowledge of Microchip, Texas Instruments, or other microcontroller/microprocessor IC suppliersTop
3 Responsibilities
1. Develop and support embedded software for safety & security products
2. Involved in all stages of the development lifecyle, from initial concept generation through final delivery & support
3. Interface with manufacturing to support diagnostics and operations, as well as with various hardware and software vendors on complex system integration tasks to achieve efficient, cost-effective and delightful product solutions
Qualifications
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Must be self-motivated team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
