JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong SAP Ariba expertise to lead multiple Procurement initiatives across both Indirect and Direct spend areas.

The primary focus of this role will be driving B2B Integration / EDI supplier enablement projects, executed in multiple waves, while also supporting other key Procurement technology initiatives.

This individual will be responsible for end-to-end project oversight, cross-functional coordination (onshore/offshore), executive reporting, risk management, and ensuring successful on-time go-lives.


Responsibilities:

Program & Project Leadership

·        Lead multiple concurrent Procurement projects with a primary focus on B2B / EDI integrations.

·        Manage supplier onboarding waves, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

·        Ensure projects stay on track, within scope, and meet go-live deadlines.

·        Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

·        Escalate critical issues to the BizApps Lead and leadership as needed.
 

B2B Integration / EDI (Primary Initiative)

·        Oversee end-to-end supplier integration lifecycle (connectivity, mapping, testing, go-live).

·        Coordinate with suppliers, internal IT teams, and integration partners.

·        Track supplier onboarding progress across multiple waves.

·        Ensure EDI readiness, validation, and production deployment success.
 

Procurement Systems Projects

Support additional initiatives including:

·        SAP Ariba SLP (Supplier Lifecycle & Performance)

·        Intake Orchestration

·        SAP Ariba SCC Forecast Collaboration

·        Other emerging Procurement technology initiatives
 

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

·        Work closely with functional and technical teams (onshore & offshore).

·        Partner with Procurement, IT, Business Applications, and external suppliers.

·        Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability.
 

Reporting & Governance

·        Track project progress using structured dashboards.

·        Provide weekly status reports to leadership.

·        Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

·        Facilitate steering committee updates as needed.


Required Qualifications:

·        8+ years of Technical Project Management experience.

·        Prior experience leading SAP Ariba implementations (required).

·        Strong experience in Procurement systems (Direct & Indirect spend).

·        Experience working with supplier onboarding programs.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Strong communication and executive reporting skills.

·        Experience managing global (onshore/offshore) teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

·        PMP certification or equivalent.

·        Experience with the following project management tools:
