Applications are being accepted for the position of Testing Center Coordinator for our 1601 W. Main Street, Mesa AZ 85201 campus location. School business hours are M-F 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This position may require flexible scheduling, including some evenings and Saturday mornings, to accommodate testing schedules.
Position Summary: The Testing Center Coordinator oversees daily operations of the EVIT Testing Center, including scheduling and administering exams, enforcing testing security protocols, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations. The role also provides proctoring services, maintains testing software and equipment, and ensures a secure and accessible testing environment.
Job Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Salary: $27.10- 33.30 Placement in the range will be based on a combination of education, industry related experience, teaching experience, and certification.

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of administrative, customer service, or educational experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment.

Licensing /Certification and Other Requirements:
  • Valid Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Card
  • Proof of immunization against or immunity to measles and rubella if born after January 1, 1957
  • Be able to obtain test-vendor certifications (e.g., Pearson VUE, CLEP, HiSET) within three months after date of hire.
