Our mission is to bring the highest quality psychological services to our diverse California community, using evidence-based assessments and a broad range of skills to meet unique needs.
Position Overview
We're looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team and help us support adolescents with Autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities. If you have a background in psychology, sociology, or a related field and want to impact an underserved population, this is an ideal role.
As a BT, you'll:
  • Implement behavioral intervention plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Work primarily in clients' homes and community settings, with occasional clinic work.
  • Collect data on client progress, assist with parent training, and support clinical assessments.

What You'll Need
  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Certification: RBT certification is a plus but not required.
  • Skills: Effective time management, openness to feedback, and a willingness to grow.
  • Licensing & Transportation: Valid CA driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel within the community for sessions.
  • Background: Willingness to complete a background check.
