Job Description for Project Support Coordinator
The Project Support Coordinator position will be responsible for providing help andsupport with day-to-day tasks the EGW Compliance Center in Carrollton, TX. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the facility is organized and thatdaily tasks are completed efficiently.The Proctoring portion of the position involves supervising examinations and tests toprevent cheating and ensure fair administration. This role requires vigilance, meticulous
attention to detail, and strong ethical standards. Proctors are responsible for creating anenvironment conducive to testing, verifying the identification of test-takers, andaddressing any issues that arise during the examination process. They play a key rolein the integrity of the evaluation process.
The primary duties and responsibilities for this position include:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling contractors forevaluations.

  • Assuring the evaluator scheduled is qualified to evaluate the tasks being performed.

  • Communicating with the clients and contractors to assure smooth
