What Responsibilities Will You Have?

·        Assisting customers and motivating staff to perform in a positive work environment

·        Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and proper disposal of records

·        Maintains store efficiency

·        Implements store policies and procedures

·        Training new team members

·        Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

·        Run reports and double-check that work is completed correctly

·        Report results to the authorized recipient

·        Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services

·        Assist the store manager to implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures

Qualifications Include:

  • Phlebotomy: 2 years (Required)
  • Medical Assistant: 2 years (Required)
  • Medical Assistant Certification
  • Nevada Lab License (Required)

·      Must be a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident
