Job description

Overview

The Testing Coordinator is responsible for administering and coordinating compliance-related testing and assessments within the organization to ensure alignment with regulatory standards, and internal policies. This role develops, implements, and maintains testing protocols, administers standardized examinations, and supports documentation and reporting for regulatory audits. The Testing Coordinator serves as a key liaison between institutional leadership, and internal stakeholders to uphold testing integrity and compliance. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks in education and testing.

Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00

Location: Onsite - Miramar, FL

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer regulatory and compliance testing (e.g., standardized evaluations, simulation-based assessments), following established procedures
  • Adhere to all testing policies and procedures to align with regulatory and institutional requirements
  • Maintain testing environments, including proctor oversight, testing materials, and equipment readiness
  • Ensure security and integrity of test administration, including safeguarding test content, monitoring testing sessions, and enforcing protocols
  • Ensure testing centers for PSI exams are operational during all posted times and ensure coverage needs are met when applicable
  • Proctor tests, ensuring administration guidelines and compliance policies are maintained
  • Provide guidance and communication to students and staff regarding testing procedures, schedules, and results
  • Prepare and manage documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews, ensuring accuracy and readiness
  • Assist with resolution of issues, irregularities, or appeals related to test administration, partnering with the appropriate internal designee
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED (required), bachelor's degree in education, Public Administration, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in regulatory compliance, testing administration, or educational assessment (required)
  • Direct experience in a testing center, compliance office, or regulatory environment (required)
  • Familiarity with accreditation or government compliance standards in education or technical training (preferred)

Skills

  • Deep knowledge of testing administration procedures and regulatory compliance standards
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and procedural rigor
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with students, staff, and regulatory bodies
  • Proficiency with testing platforms, educational software systems, and office applications
  • Problem-solving skills to handle irregularities, protocol deviations, or compliance inquiries

Work Environment

  • Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.
  • This position is eligible for an on campus or an onsite work location to meet business needs. Employees must be able to follow all safety precautions including the use of personal-protective equipment. Employees must also be able to adhere to site-specific safety procedures. Work environments may include exposure to student learning environments with a variety of conditions. Employees must meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and participation.
