This rolecoordinatesthe full process of testing accommodations-from scheduling and exam preparation to proctoring, supervision of readers/scribes, and maintenance of secure, accessible testing environments-and ensurescompliance with ADA, Section 504, and institutional accessibility policies, whileproviding guidance to students and facultyon testing accommodations.
Key Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and administer testing accommodations using an online accommodation management system.
Prepare, proctor, and secure exams in accordance with approved accommodations and academic integrity standards.
Serve as a primary point of contact for students and faculty regarding testing accommodation procedures.
Train, schedule, and supervise exam proctors, readers, and scribes.
Maintain accurate records, protect confidential student information, and ensure exam security.
Support daytoday operations of the Accessibility Resource Center and contribute to service improvements.
The incumbent will be expected to observe an unpaid work break two months out of the year. Typically, the unpaid work breaks are expected to be in June and July, but the dates may vary each year.

Target Salary Range: $18 - $20/hour. Salary will be determined by finalist's experience, training, education, and equity-based factors.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as evidenced through content of the cover letter and/or resume
Demonstrated ability of exceptional multitasking, organization, and time management skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word Excel, Teams)
At least one year of work experience in an office environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in an office environment
Experience with assessment and/or testing coordination
Experience working with disabled individuals
Knowledge of disability laws and regulations including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504, and Section 508
