Verstela is partnering with a global electronics manufacturer in Mansfield, OH hiring multiple full-time, temp-to-hire Testers/Assemblers to join their team their team on 1st shift! 

Position: Tester/Assemblers  
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire ($3/hr. increase upon permanent hire) 
Pay & Schedule: 
  • Pay: $19.00 per hour 
  • Monday-Friday 
  • 6:00am-2:30pm 
Location: Mansfield, OH 44902

As a Tester you will assemble, solder and test a wide variety of Relays and Contactors. 

Responsibilities as a Tester/Assembler: 
  • Recent 6 months to 1 year of recent work experience 
  • Experience with Testing is a plus, but not required 
  • Able to read and follow work order instructions 
  • Able to use measuring and hand tools 
Job Duties as Tester/Assembler: 
  • Tested products to make sure they worked properly and met quality and safety standards before leaving the shop.
  • Followed blueprints, instructions, and test procedures to find problems, make repairs, and retest equipment.
  • Used testing tools, meters, and hand tools to inspect products, troubleshoot issues, and verify quality.
  • Performed military-standard soldering and operated specialized testing equipment when needed.
  • Worked closely with team members to solve problems, improve testing processes, and train new employees.
