In this role, you will take ownership of diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving complex issues across advanced electronic assemblies — from intricate circuit-level failures to software-driven test challenges.

This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys solving sophisticated technical problems, improving test processes, mentoring team members, and contributing directly to product quality and customer success.

What You’ll DoCore Technical Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and enhancement of test software, test scripts, and custom fixtures, collaborating closely with engineering.

  • Provide DFT (Design for Testability) feedback to external customers to ensure products are designed with efficient testing in mind.

Leadership & Collaboration
  • Serve as a technical mentor, training manufacturing associates in advanced troubleshooting techniques, best practices, and diagnostic tools.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams to drive continuous improvement and reduce recurring issues.

  • Lead or participate in systematic team-based problem-solving initiatives (8D, RCCA, DMAIC, etc.).

What You BringExperience & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with standard electronic test equipment: oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, ICT, flying probe, etc.

  • Comfortable working with SMT components, fine-pitch devices, and high-density PCBs.

  • Advanced computer skills including Excel (VLOOKUPs, data analysis) and general MS Office proficiency.

  • Familiarity with programming or scripting in C#, C++, VB.NET, or LabVIEW.

  • Experience with HP3070 ICT and Flying Probe testers (preferred but not required).

Soft Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to technicians and engineers.

  • Demonstrated success with structured problem-solving methods.

  • High accountability with the ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
