Job description

Overview
This role supports revenue growth by serving as the maincontact for customers needing equipment sales or rentals. Responsibilitiesinclude quoting, order processing, customer communication, and coordinatingwith internal teams to ensure efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Identify customer needs and prepare accurate sales/rental quotes.
  • Follow up on open quotes and maintain detailed customer notes.
  • Convert quotes into complete orders and verify all details before processing.
  • Submit sales orders to purchasing and route rental orders for fulfillment.
  • Maintain customer information and communication history in CRM.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Check-in/Check-out, Shipping, and Rental teams.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Experience in inside sales or customer service preferred, especially in industrial or oil & gas sectors.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements
  • Sitting/standing for long periods; frequent phone and computer use.
