BASIS Baton Rouge Primary Mid City Campus is seeking a Test Coordinator Assistant to join our team ASAP!

The Test Coordinator Assistant provides support services to the school's faculty and staff in order to meet the mission of BASIS Ed Schools. In this role, the Test Coordinator Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting with all systems related to student schedules, teacher substitutes and assessment administration.

Primary Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and maintaining student schedules
  • Managing records of teacher substitutions and teacher activities (e.g. field trips, term projects)
  • Coordinating BASIS Ed curriculum and assessment processes
  • Coordinating assessment administration of external exams

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3 years teaching or administrative experience
  • Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with children.
  • Skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency is a MUST.
  • Together with a high level of personal responsibility and optimism, a successful applicant with demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, and will thrive in a fast-paced, achievement-oriented learning environment.
