Job description

We are looking for a Test Center Administrator to support daily office operations and create an organized, detail-focused environment for test takers.


  • Set up and maintain the testing environment according to specific test requirements.
  • Verify test taker identification and ensure compliance with testing policies and procedures.
  • Monitor test takers during exams to prevent cheating or disruptions.
  • Assist test takers with technical difficulties and answer questions about the testing process.
  • Secure and return all test materials after each exam session.
  • Maintain accurate records of testing activities and report any irregularities.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of testing software and equipment.
  • May be required to perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
