Indotronix is seeking an :Software Engineer - Test Automation Level 3 Duration: 5 Months Bachelor's Degree Active U.S. Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI Ability to meet DoD 8140 Program Foundational qualifications first shift, flexible hours. Must work during core hours Active Secret Must Job Description Support software quality assurance activities through the design, development, and execution of automated and manual tests for frontend and backend applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality, identify defects, and improve test automation coverage within an Agile development environment. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for frontend and backend applications. * Create and maintain test automation plans based on program requirements. * Perform manual and exploratory testing as needed. * Collaborate with developers and product teams to define comprehensive test scenarios. * Document, track, and validate defects using bug tracking systems. * Monitor and report test automation metrics, defect trends, and resolution status. * Support continuous testing activities within Agile development cycles. * Contribute to quality improvements through automation and process optimization. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree. * Active U.S. Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI. * Ability to meet DoD 8140 foundational requirements. * 1+ year of test automation experience. * Experience with scripting or programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience working in Agile development environments. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with .NET Framework, .NET 8/10, and C#. * Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Ranorex, Cucumber, SonarQube, or Fortify. * Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD environments. * Experience with Jenkins or other automation platforms. * CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification. * Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation best practices. Education Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience in software engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or related technical disciplines.
