Compensation Range:
$17.28 - $26.28
Position Summary:
Hiring Salary Range: $17.28 to $19.00 depending on qualifications.
Job Summary:
Administers and proctors tests to include faculty make-up, individual, group and outside tests. Sets test schedules, scores test, explains scores and maintains accurate test files.
Job Duties:
• Administers and proctors placement exams including Dual Enrollment testing in area schools.
• Administers and proctors faculty make-up exams, and various other group, individual and outside tests.
• Scores tests, inputs results on computer, and/or prepares written reports for supervisor. Explains test results and refers to the Advising department as appropriate.
• Maintains accurate and secure test files.
• Acts as liaison between student testing and the advising, registration and records process.
• Performs general office and clerical duties including answering telephones, making appointments for testing, ordering supplies, etc.
• Performs other similar and related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent and one year of prior job-related work experience.
Supplemental Job Information:
This position will require working some evening hours.
