Septic Pump Truck Driver/Operator (CDL A Preferred, CDL B Accepted)
Location: Auburn, WA
Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
Job Type: Full-time
Expected Hours: 35-50 per week
Service Areas: Primarily Pierce and South King County; may occasionally include Kitsap, Thurston, Mason, Snohomish, and Lewis Counties
Position OverviewJoin our fast-growing Septic Services Team as aPump Truck Driver/Operator. Whether you're an experienced CDL holder or new to the trade, we offer year-round work, competitive pay, and strong opportunities for growth. This is a physically demanding role that requires hands-on labor in the field. However, once trained, operators often enjoy a high level of independence and autonomy in their daily work, making it a rewarding and respected career in the skilled trades.CDL A highly preferred |CDL B accepted

Responsibilities
  • Operate commercial VAC trucks (liquid only)
  • 10 to 18 speed manual transmissions
  • Use truck-mounted technology to receive job dispatches and document services
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residential clients
  • Work independently or with a team to complete scheduled jobs
  • Troubleshoot and assess septic systems using critical thinking
  • Perform physically demanding work throughout the day
  • Be available for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Safely handle tools and equipment as needed

Qualifications
  • CDL A or B with tanker endorsement (required)
