Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Mclean, VA AND Chicago, IL
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale End-to-End (E2E) and Integration Testing initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This role is execution-focused and requires strong coordination across engineering, QA, product, and cross-functional teams to drive critical testing events successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute E2E and live integration testing events across multiple systems and teams.
  • Create and manage test schedules, runbooks, and execution timelines.
  • Lead war room calls and coordinates real-time issue resolution during testing cycles.
  • Track and manage cross-system dependencies, APIs, services, and data flow integrations.
  • Identify and resolve environment, configuration, and system alignment issues.
  • Coordinate test sequencing and ensure test data readiness.
  • Partner with automation teams using Playwright and Python-based frameworks.
  • Monitor automation execution and differentiate test failures vs actual defects.
  • Lead defect triage sessions and drive issue resolution across teams.
  • Manage documentation and reporting using Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Agile tools.

Required Skills:
  • Experience in Technical Project Management
  • Strong experience with E2E Testing / Integration Testing / UAT cycles
  • Expertise in cross-team coordination and dependency management
