The Exam Proctor is responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure administration of high stakes examinations, and assessments. They play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the examination process and ensuring that all rules and guidelines are followed by examinees. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities
  1. Candidate Check-In:
    1. Greet examinees and verify their identity through proper identification methods.
    2. Explain examination rules, procedures, and guidelines to candidates.
    3. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout the check-in process.
  2. Monitoring Examinations:
    1. Supervise candidates during the examination to prevent cheating, unauthorized communication, or any form of misconduct.
    2. Enforce examination rules and guidelines consistently and fairly.
    3. Answer candidate questions related to examination procedures without compromising exam integrity.
  3. Security and Integrity:
    1. Maintain strict confidentiality and security of examination materials.
