Summit Educational Group, a Guidewell Education brand, is immediately hiring caring, expert, part-time In-Person Tutors for SAT and ACT test preparation for families living in the Westborough/Grafton/Hopkinton areas

What You'll Be Doing: Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one, in-person tutoring for SAT/ACT prep andย (if you desire) high school academic subjects.

  • Travel reliably to studentsโ€™ homes within a 30-45 minute radius of your locationย 
    • Ideally near or inย Westborough, Grafton, or Hopkinton.
    • Other areas of need include: Hingham, Burlington, Newton, Weston, and Wellesley.
  • Tailor lesson plans based on students' individual goals, learning styles, and mock test results.

  • Maintain open, clear communication with students, families, and the Summit team.

  • Timely completion of session reports and scheduling updates.

  • Participate in required comprehensive paid training and professional development.
    • Ideal candidates will be excited to follow their initial training with Group Class Training, and/or SSAT/ISEE Test Prep Training.

Preferred Experience & Skills

We strongly encourage applicants with:

  • Classroom Teaching Experience

  • Professional Backgrounds with strong analytical and communication skills (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Engineering).

  • Ability to tutor students in STEM subjects like, Biology, Chemistry, or Calculus
