Our guests enjoying their meal at Chick-fil-A begins in the kitchen, with our awesome people working "behind the scenes" in what we call our Heart of the House, our kitchen. If you love being physical in your work while enjoying coordinating with excellent teammates in a fun, respectful, upbeat and fast environment this may be a terrific job for you!

  • We require a minimum of 3 shifts / week
  • We are closed every Sunday

  • Flexibility with some short-notice requests for days off (IF you get someone on the team to take your shift)
  • Every employee may designate two Saturdays per month as a guaranteed Saturday off

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Become knowledgeable of the assignments for all nine kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly and cold food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
