  • Review and approve test procedures, reports, schematics, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and testing protocols
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve testing efficiency and quality
  • Support hands-on functional and power testing when needed
Testing Scope Includes
  • Medium-voltage switchgear and breakers
  • Protective relays and relay panels
  • Power distribution systems within enclosures
  • Communication systems and HMIs
  • Panelboards and automatic transfer switches
  • HVAC and auxiliary electrical systems
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical or power equipment testing
  • Strong background in switchgear, relays, breakers, substations, or enclosure systems
  • Experience leading or managing test engineering or technician teams
  • Hands-on experience with AC/DC functional and power testing
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems
  • Knowledge of NEC, IEEE standards, and electrical safety practices
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in an electrical or power-related field
  • NETA certification is a plus
Why Apply?
  • Direct hire opportunity with a growing global manufacturer
  • Competitive compensation package with bonus potential
  • High-impact role supporting rapidly growing data center infrastructure projects
  • Strong leadership visibility and cross-functional collaboration
  • Opportunity to lead testing operations in a cutting-edge power manufacturing environment
