The Test Engineer is responsible for conducting performance, safety, and functional testing of battery products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. This role involves test planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as identifying and resolving product or process issues during testing.

JOB DESCRIPTION

ย  ย Perform static, safety, functional, and fire protection tests on battery products, including liquid injection operations.
ย  ย Conduct dynamic performance testing to verify battery reliability and compliance with technical standards.
ย  ย Record, analyze, and interpret test data; prepare and submit detailed test reports.
ย  ย Apply knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits, component selection, and electrical safety standards.
ย  ย Troubleshoot and resolve testing-related issues using strong analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills.
ย  ย Follow established testing procedures and ensure all test results are accurate, traceable, and compliant with specifications.
ย  ย Report any anomalies or failures immediately to the responsible engineer or supervisor and assist in corrective actions.
ย  ย Maintain and calibrate testing instruments; ensure testing areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
ย  ย Support continuous improvement in testing methods and product quality through feedback and data-driven insights.
