Company Description
Entrust Government Solutions has an immediate need for a Requirements Analyst who has DoD Systems Engineering Acquisition Lifecycle and DoD Instruction 5000 knowledge experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementation of DoD 5000 and ISO 9001 guidelines and process improvement methods at the operational level to improve effectiveness, increase efficiency and quality. This responsibility encompasses requirements management for all aspects of the systems engineering development life cycle including requirements engineering, gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of custom solutions. In addition, you will serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance and support when necessary.
You must also have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working with technical and non-technical team members, clients, and management.
Job Description
  • Review/Monitor/Audit of artifacts for accuracy and precision in conjunction with client requirements
  • Provide analytical support for Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) effort. Duties include building test plans and test scripts on renovated source code, examining code, troubleshooting application anomalies, and contributing to bi-weekly status reports.
  • Working with new data sources to ensure data is understandable and meets quality standards
  • Perform manual testing/quality checks before data is put into production
  • Monitoring data quality and flows to ensure data is consistent, timely, accurate, and uninterrupted
  • Recommending automation and process improvements to reduce/eliminate future data quality issues and/or minimize the need for manual intervention
  • Technical support and advice to other multi-function groups
  • Support in the development, maintenance and refinement of internal quality control and reliability programs
  • Work independently after receiving direction, as well as collaboratively with other stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizen eligible for DoD Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
  • 5+ years of work experience with Information Technology
  • Expertise in manual and automated systems/software testing
  • Experience in extracting data, developing charts, and reporting metrics
  • Skills shall include:
    • Excellent organization
    • Strong problem-solving
    • Qualitative and Quantitative analytsis - ability to review and analyze reports, develop recommendations and implementation plans
    • MS Office 365
    • Detail oriented with demonstrated performance in generating high quality, error free deliverables
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment
    • Experiences in Quality Management Software and Processes
