Job description

Test Data Management Advisor Senior

Location: Hanover, MD. The role requires reporting to the Pulse Point location at 7550 Teague Rd., Suite 500, Hanover, MD 21076. Associates are expected to be in-office 3–4 days per week with hybrid flexibility.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee technical projects implementing test data management using the Enterprise Data Management Tool (Archiving, Test Data Management, Decommissioning).
  • Ensure the Data Management Lifecycle is followed for analysis of requirements, design, and development of processes that meet those requirements.
  • Drive process improvement to support test data reuse, reduce production system data usage, and store data for decommissioned systems.
  • Contribute to ongoing review of the Enterprise Data Management Tool hardware, software, and security migration standards.
  • Schedule and manage production Test Data Management jobs to meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate with Application Development stakeholders and align with project requirements and system updates.
  • Maintain production environment support, ensuring consistent integration of patches and upgrades.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology or a related occupation.
