A growing healthcare technology organization is seeking a full-time QA Test Automation Engineer to join its engineering team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while helping build and scale automated testing solutions across web applications, mobile platforms, APIs, and cloud-based systems. The environment leverages technologies including Flutter, .NET/C#, BrowserStack, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and modern CI/CD practices.
This is an opportunity to become the organization's quality champion. Rather than stepping into a mature QA environment, the selected engineer will shape testing standards, define automation strategy, and influence how quality is measured across the software development lifecycle. The team is looking for someone who enjoys solving complex testing challenges, introducing best practices, and creating scalable automation frameworks that directly impact product success. The position also provides strong visibility within engineering leadership and the ability to contribute to long-term technology decisions. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of software test automation experience
Experience developing UI and end-to-end automated tests
Strong API testing experience utilizing REST services and JSON
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of automation frameworks and testing methodologies
Experience supporting web and mobile application testing
Familiarity with Git-based source control environments
Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure Boards
