Job description

What to Expect The CSA Trade Worker performs a variety of skilled and general construction tasks related to civil, structural, and architectural scopes of work. This position supports project teams by safely completing assigned work while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and craftsmanship. CSA Trade Workers contribute to the successful completion of commercial, industrial, and mission-critical construction projects.
What You'll Do
  • Perform construction activities related to concrete, carpentry, framing, foundations, site work, structural installations, and architectural finishes
  • Read and interpret drawings, layouts, specifications, and work instructions
  • Measure, cut, assemble, and install construction materials according to project requirements
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively
  • Assist with layout, material handling, equipment setup, and site preparation activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow company safety policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations

What You'll Bring
  • Previous experience in construction, carpentry, concrete, framing, or related trades preferred
  • Ability to use common construction tools and equipment safely
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings and measurements
  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more with assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment
