What to Expect

The Tesla Collision Repair Program is looking for a Collision Customer Service Representative to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve supporting the Internal Collision Center in all aspects of its Authorized Collision Program.

What You'll Do

Work scheduling maintenance

Vehicle arrival preparation

Customer communication and expectations

Rental coordination and hand off

Vehicle status updates

Material and supplies reordering

Repair review and delivery

What You'll Bring

Strong customer-oriented approach with clients and coworkers

Must be willing to train others

Ability to work independently in limited supervision environments

Microsoft Office experience, preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions

Account receivable experience is a plus
