Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with 5-7 years of experience supporting senior executives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Managing C suite calendars and emails.
  • Manage complex scheduling, prioritize appointments, and anticipate executive needs
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of executives
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Track key projects and ensure timely follow-up on action items
  • Support event planning, board meetings, and executive-level initiatives
  • Improve administrative processes and implement organizational systems

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
