Job description

Vikta Energy is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead field operations across some of the most exciting projects in the renewable energy industry.

As a premier installer for Tesla, we specialize in commercial solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Tesla Supercharger/DC Fast Charging projects throughout the United States. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced EPC construction environments and enjoys building high-performing field teams.

What You'll Do

As the Electrical Construction Manager, you'll oversee multiple electrical construction projects from field execution through commissioning while leading Superintendents and field personnel across the country.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and mentor Electrical Superintendents and field leadership.
  • Drive safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance across multiple active projects.
  • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with NEC, OSHA, AHJ, and company standards.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, and Safety teams.
  • Conduct site visits, field audits, and performance evaluations.
  • Resolve field challenges while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
  • Oversee commissioning, punch lists, and project closeout.
  • Help build scalable field operations as Vikta continues to expand nationally.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of electrical construction experience.
  • Experience managing Superintendents and multiple field crews.
  • Strong background in commercial electrical construction.
  • Experience with commercial solar, EV charging/DC Fast Charging, and/or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS/ESS) strongly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred (OSHA 10 minimum).
  • Experience working for an EPC contractor is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 3050%.
