Job Summary
The Manager, US Downstream Marketing - Endovascular, Hybrid & Surgical is responsible for leading downstream marketing activities for the US market across the Endovascular, Hybrid and Surgical portfolio, including EVAR, TEVAR and Hybrid & Surgical solutions.
This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive downstream marketing strategies, commercial plans and launch initiatives to maximize market growth, customer engagement and commercial performance. The position works closely with Strategic Marketing, Sales, Medical Education, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs and Marketing Communications to ensure successful product lifecycle management and launch execution.
The individual will lead a team of downstream product managers and serve as a key commercial partner to the US organization while aligning with global marketing strategies and business objectives.
Job Responsibilities (continued)
  • Lead and develop the US downstream marketing strategy across EVAR, TEVAR and Hybrid & Surgical portfolios.
  • Manage and mentor a team of three direct reports responsible for EVAR, TEVAR and Hybrid & Surgical product management.
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans, product launch plans and commercial initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Partner closely with US Sales leadership to drive customer engagement, market development and revenue growth.
  • Support product launches through positioning, messaging, physician education and sales enablement activities.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Marketing and R&D to support portfolio strategy and future innovation initiatives.
  • Develop and localize marketing collateral, promotional materials and campaign content for the US market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, Key Opinion Leaders and strategic customers.
  • Lead market analysis activities including customer insights, competitive intelligence and market trend assessments.
  • Partner with Marketing Communications and Medical Education teams to support congresses, training programs and integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor commercial performance and post-launch feedback to optimize market adoption and business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality systems, policies and healthcare compliance requirements.

Qualifications/ Background Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing or related field required.
  • MBA or advanced marketing degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of medical device marketing experience, including downstream marketing responsibilities.
  • Vascular, Endovascular and/or Surgical marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Prior people management experience required.
  • Strong leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to execute successful product launches and commercial campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across commercial teams.

Final compensation packages may be higher or lower than what is listed, and will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
