What are terroir selections?

Terroir selections refer to the process of choosing wines, grapes, or other agricultural products based on the unique characteristics imparted by their specific geographic origin, including soil, climate, and landscape. In the wine industry, terroir selections help highlight the distinct flavors and qualities that come from a particular vineyard or region.
